We believe that it is God who created us and endowed us with all of our rights.

Here is the statement of the First Principle of Conservatism:

God created the universe, the earth, all life and all of mankind. America was founded on a belief in God, and the rights of every man come from God.

We assert that this is the only rational belief concerning the origin of all the wondrous things we observe around us.

For what other possible source could account for all of these things? Either it was all created, or it wasn’t. There is no third alternative. Every theory that contradicts the truth of creation is irrational, regardless of how intellectually appealing it may be.

What is The Big Bang Theory other than an assertion that: “In the beginning there was nothing, and then there was a big bang and nothingness exploded into everything: All Time and Space and Matter and Energy burst out from nothing and then assembled themselves into every wondrous thing”? When in reality, it’s just an elaborate theory that observes how “God stretches out the heavens like a tent.”

What is the Theory of Evolution other than an assertion that the first living cell assembled itself, gave itself life, learned to replicate itself, and then ‘evolved itself’ into the tens of thousands of astonishing species that inhabit all the land and seas and skies of the earth?

We have seen the ‘evidence’. We are not convinced.

The sole ideology that competes with the belief in a creating God is one that holds that “it all just happened”, and assigns the power of creation to the gods of Random Chance & Mutation. Regardless of the intellectual tap-dance they exhibit, the essence of their ideology is that:

“Random Chance & Mutation are the source of the universe, the earth, all life, and all of our rights. It all just happened.”

And yet, those who believe these ridiculous assertions dare to accuse Conservatives of being ridiculous.

The time is now for Conservative Americans to declare their principles, and live by them. It is time for truth to be articulated and publicly advanced, and for the absurd theories that allege to replace them be set aside as the folly that they are.

And what of government? Are we to allow government to run roughshod over rights that have been conferred to us by God? No, we cannot allow this. It is high time to invoke the principles of America’s founding documents that restrict the powers of government to the consent of the governed.

Government can only accomplish one or the other of TWO things with regard to men’s rights: Government can uphold and enforce the citizens’ rights, or it can trample and steal them.

It is the nature of every government to take from individuals, and to empower itself, and to impose itself until it has become a tyrant to oppress and enslave all of its citizens. Almost always, this is done under the guise of “promoting the greater good”.

It is the nature of individual citizens to shrink from the conflict and allow this to happen; at first due to complacency, and then later due to fear.

Only once every few centuries do men realize a true opportunity to fight for the rights and freedoms of millions of human beings. These opportunities are never to be taken lightly. We face precisely this opportunity, right now. We must engage while the fight is still civil. To delay is to ensure a bloody and deadly conflict, one which America might not survive.

The battlefield encompasses the hearts and minds of every American citizen. The weapons we must employ, before physical warfare escalates and they become ineffective, are words of truth & principle against the cynical propaganda and lies that have infected our culture and our media.

This can only be accomplished if we are willing to rebuke the misinformation that we are continually fed, and to spend the effort to re-educate ourselves in our founding principles and to re-think our current culture of beliefs.

The first lie we must dismantle is one we’ve been spoonfed for decades: The notion that there is no God, and that “it all just happened” . . that the universe, and the earth, and all life have as their source nothing but random chance. This whole line of thought is irrational, and must be countered with the truth until it is exposed for the nonsense that it is.

Second, we’ve been brainwashed to believe that America is one of the worst countries in the world, and that our only function is to steal all of the world’s resources and waste them, only to give nothing in return but arrogance and the exploitation of innocent people. “We’re imperialistic, and we invade countries only to plunder the resources of the poor,” they tell us. “Our military men are nothing but murderers . . baby-killers with no conscience,” they betray. These are demonstrable lies, and the traitors that promote them must be exposed for the fraud they’ve perpetrated on all good Americans.

The onslaught of lies is massive, and it is relentless. It includes hundreds of radical causes whose ultimate aim is invariably the dismantling of America’s productivity, individual rights, and principles. Take the time to examine any Liberal cause. At the heart of every solution they propose, you will find the same detestable elements: Oppressive control over the lives of individual people, the dismantling of American morality and industry, and abandonment of the progress we’ve achieved over the last century (especially in terms of the lifeblood of our daily lives – - America’s energy sources: according to Liberals, none of them are acceptable).

We will examine these points, one by one. We will discover the truth, and discard the lies. We must return to the wellspring of our country’s freedom: The documents and principles and writings of the heroes that founded this miraculous experiment in Liberty. Our cause is just and right, and we will succeed.

Conservatism’s Second Principle addresses the importance of upholding the freedom of each individual citizen.

The Principle of Individual Freedom

Rights are conferred by God upon every man individually. The rights in general of all men spring from the absolute sanctity of the rights of each individual man. The personal rights of every citizen must be held inviolable or the freedom of the culture to which he belongs will fall.

All men are created equal in terms of the rights conferred upon them, but no two men are alike. Each man has unique gifts and abilities that he may use, or ignore, according to his own free will.

Men are social creatures, but they are not a collective like bees or termites, and they were never intended to live in a hive-mind collective society like insects. Hive insects are programmed, whether genetically or chemically, to carry out a certain function for the good of the hive, and to perform that task unto death, if necessary. Individual men were never meant to be compelled in this fashion. A man is created to always have voluntary freedom of will to choose the course of his life and actions according to his own individual conscience.

Conservatives believe that every man has rights that are given to him by God, and that these rights are therefore inalienable. We believe that among these are the right to life, the right to freedom, the right of every man to keep the livelihood produced by his work, the right own private property, and the right to pursue happiness. We assert that our government was instituted to secure these rights, as our Declaration of Independence states. So then, it is one of the primary duties of American government to uphold the rights of every individual citizen, and to enforce those rights; certainly never to encroach on them.

The belief that holds that the rights of each man must be recognized individually can be called Individualism. The best way to illustrate the importance of individual rights is to contrast them with their counterpart: Collectivism.

Collectivism is the idea that people are not to be treated as individuals, but as members of a greater society, whose common needs are deemed greater than the individual man’s personal needs. As a result of this belief, each man is expected to work for the greater good, donating his earnings to society as a whole. Here are some common expressions of Collectivism:

“From each according to his abilities. To each according to his needs.”

“The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one.”

“Another Collectivist quote goes here.”

It is instructive to examine these Collectivist beliefs, one at a time, and see how they contrast with Individualism.

“From each according to his abilities. To each according to his needs.” Collectivists believe that each man should donate his efforts toward the greater good of society based on his ability to produce things, and then he will be given an allowance of money, goods, and services based on his need for those things. For those of you who are thinking that this sounds like a marvelous idea, you should know that this is a famous quote by Karl Marx, one of the fathers of Soviet Communism. This is a defining statement of Communism.

Collectivists believe that we are a stronger society when each man submits his work and his earnings to the cause of the greater good. Each man becomes a servant of society in general. Individualists believe that we are a stronger society when each man is self-sufficient, and uses his individual gifts in the way he believes is most constructive and profitable for himself, and for his family.
